Wet Painy Cabins with Water Curtain

Since it is not possible to recycle wet paints like powder paint, unused paint should be filtered before being released to the outside. Particles of paint that cannot adhere to the material are kept in these cabins with a water curtain system and filtration is provided. At the back of the water curtain, a second filtering is made by the method of washing the air sucked by the fan, and the particles moving with the air are prevented from coming out to the outside. It is possible to get 100% efficiency from wet paint booths by optionally placing a deodorizing filter at the suction fan outlet in order to prevent solvent smell.

There is a removable filter on the suction side of the closed circuit circulation pump. The pump body has been selected as suitable for wet paint systems and suitable for periodic maintenance. Cabin piping is made of iron pipe welded and connections are flanged bolt-nut connection. A radial type suction fan is used in the cabin. In accordance with periodic maintenance, the fan rotor is detachable.

The cabinet top and side walls are modular, the outer surface is coated with electrostatic powder paint and the inside is galvanized 1.5mm sheet metal; The water tank is made of 2mm impermeable welded galvanized sheet. All surfaces in the cabin that come into contact with water are made of galvanized sheet metal. There are cleaning covers on the sides and back of the cabin. The water flow in the water curtain is easily balanced by the valves on the cabin. Optional stainless steel sheet can be preferred.

In order to prevent the material from falling into the water, the base is completely gridded up to the water curtain. The filter on the suction side of the pump prevents foreign matter from entering the pump. It is designed for manual painting from the front. The electrical control panel is included in the system..
