İMMERSİON SURFACE TREATMENT LINES

With the traditional processes Aluminum Chromate, Zinc Phosphate, Iron Phosphate and the new Nano Technological Process. It consists of a number of baths, baskets and overhead crane lines suitable for the chemical process. The materials to be treated by chemical are arranged in a basket and dipped into the baths at appropriate time and temperature. The crane system is controlled by hand or remote control. Our company also produces and automation of PLC controlled robot system which works on immersion line.
